About Me
Hi, thank you for reading my blog! My name is Lina and I am a recent graduate of University of California Santa Barbara with a degree in Communication and Religious Studies.
Beginning in August 2012 I will be starting my first year of teaching. Through some crazy leaps of faith I have committed to teaching 2nd grade at Children's Palace Bilingual School in Roatan, Honduras (read this blog post for the back story of what brought me to Roatan). Roatan is the largest bay island off of Honduras, approximately 37 miles long and less than 5 miles wide (according to Wikipedia).
This blog is a chronicle of my adventures during my first year of teaching!

Hello my name is Mirian, I have a question: what can I do to work in that school? I'm a Spanish teacher from mainland.
ReplyDeleteHi Mirian,
DeleteIf you're interested in teaching there, I would email the school directly! Here's their website with their contact info: http://www.cpbsroatan.org/Conatct%20%20us.html
